Refund policy
Exchanges are permitted within 14 days of purchase, solely for readily available items with verified production defects. Pre-ordered items are ineligible for exchange/returns.
Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges
- The item must pass the returns quality check.This means that the dress must be returned in the exact condition as delivered, with no damages.
- The item must be in the original packaging.
- To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
- Exchanges are only processed once and with the current available stock/collection.
- Pre-order and custom items are ineligible for returns/exchange.
Exchange Process
We only replace items where a production error has occurred on our part. Please confirm your size before placing an order.

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of the approval or rejection of your exchange.
If approved, then your exchange will be processed, and a new item will be delivered, within a certain amount of days. Note that customers are liable for return shipping charges.
